About Me

Daring to lead is a roller coaster like no other. I know this because running my own ​tech startup catalysed some of the best, most thrilling experiences of my life. But it ​also catapulted me into a soul-crushing burnout.


I’m one of the 1% of female founders who managed to raise over £1m in investment, ​and yet when I lost the ability to work I lost everything.


It took two years to recover and figure out why I burned out, because it was in a ​blindspot of mine. If I’d had a coach helping me scale myself at the same rate as th ​business I would have seen the blindspot very quickly.


We all have blindspots. But we don’t all have systems for uncovering them.


I decided to train as an executive coach to help other ambitious leaders find their ​blindspots; to be the coach I would have needed to unlock my full potential.


I trained in Clarity Coaching, a methodology used with over 4,000 leaders. Clarity-​coached companies, on average, experience 4.4x company valuation growth, and the ​top 20% experience 8x valuation growth. Clarity Coaching gets results,

and this is why I love it.



Who I work with


I work with purpose-driven tech startup and non-profit founders, CEOs and senior ​leaders who are looking to lead more effectively.


I specialise in two things: communication, and resilience.


Often people come to me while working through big strategic decisions, around ​fundraising periods, ahead of big organisational and governance design changes, as ​part of culture building initiatives or simply because they want to build the skills they ​need to be the most effective leader they can be.


Other times, people get in touch because they feel somehow stuck and are looking for ​support and accountability to reach their goals, with productivity (sometimes related to ​neurodivergence), or because they cannot break the burnout cycle.


If you are looking to develop your own, authentic style of leadership, improve your ​decision making under uncertainty, skillfully navigate work relationships and conflict, ​communicate effectively, handle emotions in the office, or transform stress into a ​superpower then we might be a good fit to work together.


My coaching style


My coaching is informed by my passions for effective communication, neuroscience, ​psychology, community organising and storytelling, and infused with the lessons I ​learned from burnout. It’s a distillation of every thing I’ve learned about leadership: ​from business skills and frameworks to somatic practices like breathwork (which is the ​closest thing I’ve found to actual magic).


My experience of building my tech startup and of rebuilding myself — plus a decade as ​a strategic communication consultant before that — is what I bring to each coaching ​session.


I also like to track progress, and so as part of working together we’ll build your personal ​leadership toolkit that you can take with you on your whole career.
